2 months ago i had to leave my old well paid assistant shop manager role due to downsizing. I was in the process of getting a house with my girlfriend so had to get the first job i could straight away to pay the mortgage and i got a Macdonalds job straight away. On the 3rd week of my probation i have been offered a better job and i would like to leave as soon as possible i was wondering the best way of doing so. I feel a bit of guilt because the people there were so good to me and i don't want to mess them about but i need to leave as soon as possible.
