Should i refinance my mortgage or not?
Added (1). I have paid on my mortgage for almost 10 years now and have be approached about refinancing. My payments now are $1069 with an interest rate of 6.275 but will be going up because they haven't been collection enough for escrow. The lender i have now will refinance with the fees only being $450. I can choose 1. A 30 year with an interest rate of 4.875 at $976 per month 2. A 20 year with an interest rate of 4.75 at $1042 per month 3. A 15 year with an interest rate of 4.25 at $1127 per month
