Mortgage is $750, utilities are about $300. Right now mom pays everything. But now son has graduated high school and decided not to go to college so he has to start paying rent. Whats a fair amount?
Added (1). Mom and son are very close. NO issues and never has been. She just wants him to learn SOME repsonsitilbity and not be one of the guys who lives with mom at age 30. Thanks!
