I bought a property in 2013 for £113k (needed a lot of work doing to it) and it's now worth £150k. I'm coming to the end of my 2 year mortgage rate and I was wondering if there is anyway when remortgaging to get the £37k of the increased equity out to reinvest in another property whilst keeping the existing property?
