Are commercial loan rates at an all-time low?
Added (1). Is it commercial loans in general that are loan are just a certain one like fixed rate or variable rate loans?
I've heard that home loan fixed mortgage rates are at an all-time low. What about rates for commercial loans are they low to or are they totally 2 different things?
