I filed Bankruptcy 5 years ago and was discharged at the end of march 2015?

I filed Bankruptcy 5 years ago and was discharged at the end of march 2015 I surrendered a house I was buying, the mortgage company continued to send me statements and report it as a continual late payment they were notified by my Bankruptcy lawyers on two different occasions then they sold it to another company and when contacted by them I told them they bought a bad loan and that I wanted no contact from them 3 days later I was served foreclosure papers I called and told them again only to get a phone call 4 days later wanting to know when I was going to make a payment. Fed up any advice
