Paying off apart of my mortgage while on fixed mortgage?

Hi

My dad wants to pay off 43k of my mortgage but we only just changed our mortgage two months ago to a 2 year fixed. 43k will pay part of it not the full amount will I get charged as it's only a overpayment? Our mortgage is with rbs
