Should I sell the house or should I not?

Back when I was 15 my mom past away and left us with 3 properties and my sister was the executor of the trust.

Property #1 She sold, money = gone
Property #2 Took out a mortgage = owes more money on the condo then what it is worth
Property #3 She is currently living in the house with her three kids and husband. She wouldn’t let me live in this house a few years ago so I took legal action.

I was awarded a settlements of x
Amount owed to me $120-$200,000

She hasn’t been able to pay her $x
I feel bad for the kids so that’s why I haven’t done it.

What should I do?
Added (1). My mom and dad passed away, my sister is the executor of the estate. Should I sell the house she lives in to get whats mine, back?
