What's the best place to find a foreclosure home for sale?

I'm looking to buy my first home and I've saved enough for a down payment. I'd like it to be a foreclosure home to cut down the cost and I'm willing to put in the work for any needed renovations. Also, I want it to be a double, triple or quad family home so I can collect rent to help with mortgage payments. Also, it needs to be on the west side of the greater Cleveland metro area, so I'm close to family friends and work, specifically in Lakewood Ohio if that helps. Know of any good free websites or other means to find what I'm looking for?
