Who gets the house in divorce?

The house is in both names and the deposit was paid by the husband of 120k he also paid the mortgage up until 3 years ago when he moved out and the wife pays it now. They lived in the house under 10 years. Even though the husband has moved out he has paid some money towards the house and when its need fixing. The couple have 2 children one is 8 the other 5 and it went to court and both parents both have shared custody of the children. The wife refuses to sell the house but the husband wants to sell the house as he wants a clean break and has a new partner and new baby on the way. Both husband and wife earn about the same amount. It looks like it will go to court what will happen with the house? Will it be split?
