Someone has been using my credit since 2011 & earlier I will be 20 this month?

I used a free credit score check because I kept being denied for small credit cards that would usually accept someone with new credit.

It says I took out a mortgage in 2011, and opened up a auto loan for a car in 2013, gotten all types of credit cards.

I didn't even learn my social until 3 months ago,

It wasn't my mom and I've never met my dad until last month for the first time.

Yet it's asking me questions about people on his side of my family.

What do I do?
