WHICH ONE WOULD YOU CHOOSE GIVEN THESE TWO CHOICES?

We are trying to buy a house and we have 2 choices. 1st choice, buy a house that we see ourselves in for a long time with enough space and in a great area or buy a cheaper house and we will have to move in like 5 years. For the better house our monthly mortgage would be higher but in a better area and would probably take longer for us to pay off. It is under priced and we could sell it for 50k more if we wanted to. Plus it really feels like home in every way. 2nd choice the cheaper house, mortgage will be very affordable at around 1300 since we both make around 200k a year. In this house we can save a lot before we move to an area with better schools in like 5 years since we don't have kids yet. In the next 5 years in the cheaper house we should be able to save enough to almost payoff our next house. We would make sure its a house that wont need too much maintainance. We would sacrifice for 5 years to have a house mortgage free in about 10 years from now. Off coarse we don't know our future because God Knows it but trying to plan. What would your choice be?
