Getting married after filing bankruptcy?
Added (1). I had a house with my partner who passed away in 2012. His life insurance was voided due to him not including on his policy that he had a heart issue.
Due to the insurance being voided, the mortgage was left in my name. It was a huge mortgage as he earned more than I did, and I could not afford the repayments. I surrendered the house to the bank and it is currently for sale. The equity is about 70/80 thousand pounds. I will soon be filing bankruptcy and am newly engaged. Should I wait to marry?
