My name is suresh. Recently i have applied for mortgage loan in DHFL.Due to bad report in CIBIL my loan was rejected.Hear my prblem is i have one two wheeler loan with HDFC bank in the period of (05-Jan-2012 to 05-June-2013) this was cleared with some cheque bounces(10 cheques.) Shall i request HDFC team to remove my defaulter list in CIBIL? Bank charged me 8000INR as extra charge for cheque returns in this loan period.
