Settlement fee on a mortgage. What can I expect to pay?

I m selling my house at the moment and was wondering what the bank may charge me for ending the mortgage early
I have been paying it for 9 years. It s a 25 year mortgage
The house cost £105,000 but I payed £5000 up front so the mortgage was for £100,000
My statement says at the mid point there is £77,060 still left to pay
What do you think they are likely to ask for?
