How long would it take me to pay off this mortgage [description]?

I want to but a house for 100,000 with 25,000 down. I make 2300 per month and could rent the place for 700 + utilities

I would like to apply as much as possible towards the mortgage. Assuming monthly payments and a 3% interest rate, how long would it take to pay off the mortgage?
