How would you go about this?

Scenario:

Your mothers on trial and is bound to do time in prison. You are only twenty; aren't exactly stable, and have custody over your younger brother. Your father lives miles away, and you'd rather not bother him and his new family. You were raised by your grandparents and don't want to burden them. Your mother told you to keep your 'family' home, but you don't earn enough to pay the mortgage and the toppling bills. Your social preference is faltering, and you're mentally breaking down.
