- contracts to transfer shares (s770 Companies
Act 2006)

- guarantees (S4 Statute of Frauds
Act 1677 - and date is not typo it is 1677!

- assignment of intellectual property rights
(ss90(3) and 222(3) Copyright Designs and Patents Act
1988)
