Does a loan from your 401K show up as a debt when you go to apply for a mortgage? - 1

I am looking to purchase a home in the next six months and I live in GA. I am probably going to use my current bank - Bank of America or Wells Fargo for my home mortgage lender. I was wondering do these banks classify a loan from my 401K as a debt when determining my DTI ratio?
