Repaying training fees to my employer after handing in my resignation? - 1
Added (1). I handed my notice in at work only 8 months after graduating from University which my company paid for, I have signed an agreement meaning I'm liable to pay bak 50% of the cost of the course. The business is trying to deduct 100% of my pay for my notice period and then I would leave the business owing £3300 more. If they deduct 100% of my pay for my notice period I have no money for my mortgage, bills or food, is this lawful of them to leave me in such a bad situation?
