Added (1). I got a coworker who recently purchased a house and his rate was at 3.7 something %. His credit scores is right around the 690-710. I'm also on my way to get my house, just waiting on closing. My lender also set me at 3.7 something %, but my credit score is a lot higher than my coworker, from all three score is in the 740s to 750s. I got no loans, debts, or what so ever. So just wondering shouldn't I get a lower rate than my coworker since my credits is higher? Both me and my coworker use FHA
