Would you accept your inheritance from your abusive estranged family?

the physical abuser is deceased, but the enabler and emotional abuser of over two decades is alive and will never verbally admit to wrong doing or apologise.

The money is enough to buy a nice, city centre apartment mortgage free - an investment that would make life in the future very comfortable.

However, there will likely be strings attached in the form of vague contact here and there and I guess an understanding that all wrongdoing is overlooked.
