Has anyone bought a trailer/mobile home?

I am looking in to getting one. 60,000$ low mortgage. Heard good things and Real answers please. Please no trailer trash jokes I m not trying to get into that lifestyle for good. (PS I love tpb but that did not influence me lol) any advice will help.
