My aunt recently found out that a bank teller that helped pay her monthly mortgage in person apparently actually payed her credit card bill off instead?! She received a letter with a over due mortgage bill… Its friday night all the bank hours are closed and no one really knows what to do. This is super terrifying because it has been an extremely tough 5 years for her financially and she has been fighting to make ends meet! The fact that something like this can happen and possibly destroy her credit is daunting and we don't know what to do please help. Thank you.
