I own this house that has a $157,000 mortgage and I struggle every month to pay it. Many people have told me I should just sell my house because I can't afford it but I'm not really sure if I should. My house is worth $260,000 so would it be smart of me to just sell it?
Added (1). Am 47 married with 2 kids and I have refinace my house but it only reduce my payment by $150 which doesn't really help and I do have bad credit.
