My fiance and I purchased a home together last year. We had it built on some of her parents property. Since then things haven't gone well. Long story short… I want to move out. I obviously want her to keep the house since it's on her parents land. How would we handle the house mortgage since we're both on it? What steps do we need to take? How would it all work?
