I have a rental property and my tenant hasn t paid me rent for past 3 months (he is getting evicted)
I have managed to make payment to my bank but have exhausted my savings, can't do anymore. I have requested bank to help me with the payment until I find new tenant. What happens if the bank denies me any help with the payment?
How long will it take the bank to repossess the property? And how bad will my Credit get affected?
What are my options?
