My fiance and i want to buy a house. I'm still in nursing school but he is 26 and well off. I work so i will obviously help pay for it just like i help in our condo! He has been at his job for 3 years. He is waiting to pay off his car (will be payed off in feb) and pay off his credit card. Which is also almost payed off. Anything else we need to be aware of before be applies? Thanks
