I'm 19. Going to college on scholarship. Boyfriend is 21 and is going to college (help from Mom's payments cause she makes over 100k a year). We both want to move out and live together. I'm not sure how buying a house works and renting an apartment works. We both make around $2200 a month together, as we have the same job now. I need some tips. I'm going to talk to my parents and etc about it but I would like some info. For now. How does mortgage and all that work? I also don't have any credit history whatsoever. I just have a debit card. They never teach you this stuff in high school.
