2nd Mortgage Foreclosure?
Added (1). My 2nd mortgage has been foreclosing. The Judge recently issued a motion for foreclosure by sale.
2nd mortgage debt 60,000
1st mortgage debt 190,000
Property Appraisal 225,000
The foreclosing attorney did not show the 1st mortgage on their worksheet. Judge entered a foreclosure by sale because it showed equity.
Any comments?
