Help me create an estimated budget, narrow down the numbers a bit, and tell me what I might be forgetting, or if you think I?

… Might be way off on some numbers?

I'm trying to figure out what would be a living wage, the required net take-home pay to be able to live without any welfare…

Monthly expenses I would have in a 2 or 3 bedroom place…

Mortgage, Taxes, & Insurance = 1,000 - 1,500
Home Repairs = 100 - 200
Misc Home Purchases = 50 -100
Furniture and Appliances = 150 - 250
Yard Care = 150 - 200
Maid Service = 175 - 250
Electric = 250 - 325
Water = 200 - 250
Cable/Internet = 150 - 175
Phone = $75
Car Loan = 200 - 250
Car Insurance = 100 - 150
Car Repairs = 75 - 100
Gas for one person = 50 - 75
Hygiene & Cleaning for 1 person = 50 - 75
Clothes and Towels for 1 person = 25 - 50
Food for 1 person = 650 - 800
Health Expenses for 1 person = 125 - 150
Dental Expenses for 1 person = 25 - 50
Emergencies for 1 person = 200
Misc Spendings for 1 person = 200
Retirement Plan Investments = 500?
(Looking to have at least 1/2 million in 25 years)
Added (1). I've gotten several quotes from yard and maid companies. Those numbers aren't way high, maybe a little. What else do you think is a luxury? I see everything else that I listed as a necessity.
Added (2). I didn't even include a vacation, which if you think about it, can be like a necessity in its own right.
