Decent interest rate for a car loan on a used car?

Looking to buy a car between 8-10k, actually am looking at 09-10 Chevy impala's right now. Want a payment no more then 200$ a month. I'm going to put 2k down. I have good credit, no late payments, repo's, shut off's. Nothing like that. Buying a small home that I have lived in for 5 years(30 year mortgage), 1 credit card with no balance on it. I own another car that is paid for but was never late when the car had a loan on it. I recently closed out 2 credit card accounts(which could hurt a little). Whats a decent interest rate for a used car? I plan on going through my credit union where I have my savings account at.
