What support is available for young people when buying a house/getting a mortgage?

I am still studying this year, but next year I will be a fully professional Primary school teacher (Fingers crossed). I was looking into buying a house as early as possible, and was wondering if there were any schemes like 'Right to buy' that are available to young people, like me, in getting in on the property ladder? I also heard that a lot of new build homes are easily avialable for people like myself. If anyone could redirect me to websites, that would be ideal.
