I am seriously considering getting my real estate license and have been wanting to be a real estate agent for some time. I am a hard worker, great work ethic and actually love the idea of working nights and weekends. I just want to know if I can work hard, full time and then take 2 or 3 months off every year? I know this will affect my income and I am perfectly ok with that. I'm just wondering if my broker will allow this? Also, is it possible to work 6 months in one state, and 6 months in another? Alternating every year? Thank you in advance.
