Does anyone out there know a good lender? Have you been in the following situation and managed to get a yes for the money, if so who did you use?! A family member is trying to get a minimum of £30,000 for their home and the clock is ticking fast! Every time they get a yes and the process starts the company suddenly pulls out with no explanation! They have badish credit and an old ccj that was a mistake by the bank, but obviously it doesn't say it was a mistake by the bank!
