Hi, a couple of months ago I bought a house for my father (his money, my name & credit). I didn't mind, he's worked & taking care of me by himself all of his life & raised me well, but now the problem, when I file my taxes, he won't be able to get his refund from making payments on the house since it's in my name & I file standard instead of itemization,so can I transfer the house & mortgage to him,& if so what are the repercussions of doing so?
