Is Everyone earning over $175,000 per year in their careers these days?

I read a pole at this blog: ( http://www.greaterfool.ca/2014/06/19/who-are-you/ ) and it seems as if everyone in Canada is earning in the 6-figures!

There were these 4 questions asked of everyone:
(a) rent or own,
(b) family income,
(c) age and
(d) your outlook for real estate over the next one or two years.

Here are some quotes from that article:

- "(a) Rent in Vancouver, (b) 200k, (c) 35, (d) in Vancouver, the pain is coming in a big way."

- "a) own â€" 1994, b) $300k, c) 51/52 dogs 10/4 (why we can’t rent- would love to), d) 20% everywhere but Calgary.

- "a) neither, fiancé parents gave us a house, b) 1.4 million we both work for her father, c) 34, d) I don’t really care."

- (a) rent or own - Rentl, (b) family income - 170k â€" 190k ish, (c) age - 30 ish, (d) It’s overvalued.

- - own $800k home, - $350k income so far in 2014 (business and investment). $1.3m net worth
- 38 years old - real estate up 10% over next 2 years.
oh ya…and a high school diploma.

- a) rent in West Vancouver, b) $450k/year, c) 42 years old, d) 20% correction

- A) rent, B) individual 120,000 / girlfriend 65,000 house=185ish, C) 27, D) I believe a 30% crash.

- A â€" own (no mortgage and debt free), B â€" 340k, C â€" 38 years old, D â€" 40 percent correction

- A) Own (~600k house with $150k mortgage) in GTA, B) ~200k, no debt, 400k of invested assets, C) 34, D) Not sure

So is it true, is everyone is living the GOOD LIFE these days, earning 6-figures and money is no problem?
