Hi everybody,
My wife VISA was issued on the 16/08/12 and expires on 16/11/14. She came uk on 13/09/12. Her 2-years qualifying period will be in 13/09/14. BUT, my wife and myself we went outside the uk for 25 days and came back together.
1) Does the 25 days outside the uk counts?
2) As it state, we are allowed to apply 28 days before the 2-years qualifying period or it will be rejected, I believe it will be on 17/08/14. Please correct me if I'm wrong?
2) She doesn't work at the moment due to her illness (kidney infection) but doesn't claim or ever had claimed any public benefits, will it cause any problem in her application process?
3) What are the best documents to submit to prove we are staying together for the last 2 years?
4) What are the best documents to submit to prove we are financially good ( if bank statement, do we have to provide for the past 2 years or last 3 month will be fine?
