My brother and I just inherited our father's house who passed away.
Its about 30 years old, needs quite a bit of work, has never been updated ( except it does have a new roof).
Would it make more financial sense if we sold to an investor instead of the more traditional way through a real estate agent?
And would it sell faster that way? That way that would be less months of us having to still cover the mortgage and other bills…
