Do I have a good gameplan for life?

I'm a 16 year old male. My plan for my life is to become a wealthy individual. My father is the owner of a small business that makes a decent amount of money. Although the company is doing fairly well, it has reached its "peak" in revenue and has been stuck at this peak for several years. I believe that expansion is the only possible way to break this peak the company has been stuck at. I hope to expand this company by opening more offices and hiring more qualified workers than those who are currently employed by the company. If this is a success, I plan to invest in apartment buildings. Hopefully by the time I have enough money to do this, I will have a high credit score and be able to receive a good mortgage rate for the property. After this, I plan to by more properties, and hopefully fulfill my dream of starting a apartment management and rental company while continuing to run my fathers company. In your opinion, do these goals seem unrealistic? If so, what would be a more realistic approach to my future?
