Hi, is there any way i can force the sale of my house with my ex? We have no children, he lives there on his own, both our names are on the mortgage. He has now been refusing to take my name off for nearly 8 years, i am now at the point where i want to buy my own home and cant because my name is still on that mortgage. He says he cant remortgage because he hasnt got a job at the moment, which is not my problem, he has had 8 years to sort it and he hasnt, i now need to take action but really dont know where to start. I dont want anything from him for the years i lived there, i dont want paying off, just want my name off the mortgage, how can i do thi? Please help…
