Seriously. I was born in Russia and came to the USA at age 8. I'm now 18, live in the USA during the school year, but I go to Russia every summer to visit relatives and friends, I am fluent in both Russian and English, both writing and reading and speaking.
Anyway. I'm in Russia right now, and practically all of my relatives and friends OWN their condos completely. (In Russia people mostly live in condos, not houses). But, most of these people only earn $1000 a month. (I already converted from rubles to dollars). And the condos here cost $100,000 maybe on average? Maybe $80,000-100,000 dollars. So, on $1000 a month, how do you afford a 100k condo? Like, what? And to PAY IN FULL WITHOUT MORTGAGE like all the people I know?
