My husband left back in 2009 and left me holding a mortgage and a car note I could not afford alone. I fought with Bank of America to get aid to lower my monthly payment, but because my ex was still on the loan they required me to have his financial information, which I did not have. Needless to say, I ended up in foreclosure and lost my home.
Now it's been nearly three years and I am now financially stable on my own and would like to purchase a house. I just don't know where to begin or even what my choices are. I think my credit score is close to where I can buy again. So if there are any loan brokers out there or people well knowledge in this matter, your input is much valued.
