I found a home in the country here in Ohio it was for sale last year but when I drove by it last night it is overgrown and a note on the door saying this house has been reported as abandoned,
I spoke with a neighbor an she said there was a divorce and the husabnd was trying to fix it up and sale but he died before that could happen.
My question is where do I even begin with trying to get this house? Is it possible I could take over the taxes and mortgage left on it? Help!
