I want to move from England to Toronto, Canada. How would I go about doing this?

I am 17 years old and have wanted to live in that region of Canada since I was 14. Problem is, I just don't know what steps must be pursued in order for that ambition to become reality. What I have picked up is that it is usually a lot easier to emigrate if one has a relative/some relatives living there. The problem with that is that I have asked multiple family members and not one has confirmed that there are relatives there.

I am vaguely aware that Canada possesses certain "requirements" in order for one outside the country to emigrate there. Being a teenager, I of course am not currently employed. The only "qualifications" I have are what as known as "GCSEs". I would really love to become a contributing, hard-working, taxpaying member of society in Canada, and find employment there. My goal is to first start small, then progressively work my way up the employment ladder, eventually accumulating enough money to own a house, pay the mortgage, bills, food, etc.

I have searched Google… But I'm not looking for anything overly complicated as a response. Your answers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
