My husband and I are (were?) in the process of buying a house. Everything was looking good until just a few hours ago when our loan officer called and said our loan had been referred. She wants us to come in for a talk tomorrow, but in the mean time we're desperately trying to figure out what this means. I know it's not a good thing, but how bad is it? Is there any hope we might still get a loan?
