I need help, we have a new home being built right now and scheduled to close on August 1st. We are doing a FHA loan with a small local mortgage company. I've been working In Sales for over 6 years but these last two months have been extremely slow. I haven't made any money but the minimum wage. I have recently been offered another Sales position with a new company. They would like me to start on July 21st but I'm afraid if I leave my employment verification won't check out. I want to tell our underwriter but I'm afraid. I believe my employment was verified last week, but I'm afraid they might double check again. Does anyone know the process or can give me advice? I am ready to leave this job!
