I'm moving into a mobile home I just purchased for simpler maintenance and 1-story living. I'm self-employed with a mortgage (selling the house), yet the mobile home office said I need a "certified verification from my company accountant or bank" due to my self-employment. What is that? The bank had no idea.
I make more than enough money to move there, but they do not accept bank statements, P&L's, etc.
