In the past 2-4 years, the IT field has slowed its growth (except for Information Security Analysts) for all positions, especially computer programming and network administration.
What caused the fast paced growth of IT to slow down?
And will the growth slow further or is this just a hump that the IT field needs to get over (like the major hump that the construction industry was in during 2009 because of the sub-prime mortgages).
