Me and my husband are separating and he has two mortgaged homes, one is the family home and the other is a house that is rented out.
The tenants have given one months notice and I am now thinking that is an option for me to move into but on a low income I cannot afford the rent, so was wondering if I would be able to claim housing benefit even though my husband is the landlord.
Please help, as if I can't then I can plan what to do next, thanks
